    We carefully select and handcraft accent pieces that align with our natural, timeless aesthetic. All items are handmade in small batches.
  • Are your candles safe and non-toxic?
    Yes! Our candles are made with coconut apricot or soy wax, cotton wicks, and phthalate-free fragrance oils or pure essential oils. They burn clean and are safe for your home and family.
  • Where are your products made?
    All of our products are proudly made in the USA.
  • What do you mean by all-natural soap?
    Natural soap means a true soap made by saponifying plant-based whole oils. All our soaps scented with essential oils only.
  • How should I store your natural soap?
    To prolong the life of your soap, keep it in a dry, well-drained dish between uses. Natural soap needs airflow to stay firm and last longer.
  • What types of home décor do you offer?
    We offer handcrafted minimalist vases and accent décor that complement cozy, earthy interiors.
  • Are your soaps suitable for sensitive skin?
    Yes! Our soaps are made with gentle, natural ingredients and are free from harsh chemicals. Many of our customers with sensitive or dry skin have found relief using our formulas. But still you have to try it first if it suits your skin sensitivity.
  • Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?
    Yes, we love working with boutiques, spas, and gift shops. Please contact us directly for wholesale pricing and availability.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Currently, we do not offer international shipping. For updates, visit our website or contact customer service.
  • What are the shipping methods, processing period and delivery times?
    All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Please note that during peak seasons or high-demand periods (e.g., holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
  • Can I pick up my order locally?
    No, we do not currently offer local order pickups.
  • What if my item arrives damaged?
    If your item arrives damaged, we sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 48 hours via sales@phillipsparker.com. Please include your order number and damage description. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. We take pride in our high-quality products and aim to ensure your satisfaction.
